Unit model with heat radiators

The heat radiators support temperature maintenance of food.
Switch on heat radiators if necessary.

Removing food
Warning!
Bain-marie wells become hot!
While maintaining temperature, the bain-marie wells and the Gastronorm
containers or objects contained within become hot and can cause burns.
Only handle hot parts with protection (e.g. with protective gloves).
Use U-handles of the Gastronorm containers.
Unit model with heated compartments
Warning!
Hot compartments!
When maintaining the temperature of food, the compartments and the
Gastronorm containers or other objects contained in them can become hot
and cause burns.
Only handle hot parts with protection (e.g. with protective gloves).
Use U-handles of the Gastronorm containers.
Warning!
Hot liquid food!
Hot liquid food can splash out from the edge of the Gastronorm container and
cause scalding.
Always cover the Gastronorm containers with sealing lids.
Keep the Gastronorm containers horizontal and avoid jerky movements.
Remove lids of Gastronorm containers.
Remove food from Gastronorm containers.
The unit must be cleaned thoroughly after use.

Unplug the mains plug.
