Hold the drain hose with the drain valve (1) over the catch
container (e.g. Gastronorm container or bucket).
To open the drain valve, turn the hand lever 90° anticlockwise.
The drain valve is opened and the water runs off.
To close the drain valve, turn the hand lever 90° clockwise.
The drain valve is closed.
Clean the bain-marie wells and rub them dry.
