ANTI-RETURN SYSTEM
OBTURATOR ASSEMBLY
The function of the anti-return system is to prevent a coin from receding back from the
interior of the selector once it has been admitted. This system makes it impossible to commit
any fraud by using a wire connected to a coin.
This element is used for directing coins to the correct outlet. It is composed of a coil that is
activated when the coins are admitted, thereby un-blocking the outlet to the coin bin, and it
remains inactive when the coins are rejected so that they exit to the coin return box.
OUTLET PHOTOCELL
All valid coins that have exited on the correct path cut an infrared light beam between the
photo diode and the phototransistor located on the lower part of the selector in the outlet area
of the admitted coins. It is right at this moment when the selector determines the authenticity
of the coin.
