The value of the price/hour value is programmed for rate 2 . The programming
method is the same as the preceding function ( rate 1 ).

By pressing CONT, it displays the 1 coin programmed on the selector, and its status
appears flashing on the display (0002-ON or OFF).
By validating ON, it is allowed. By validating OFF, it is rejected.
CONT changes the status and TEST goes to another coin and exits the function.
In order to change from one rate to another, there is an accessory called the clock card ,
which provides the Tempus III with the real time and allows the user to program an interval of
time every day that will be used either to offer a free daily service or to use the second rate (for
more information about the
clock card , see the accessories section).
The rate can also be changed by using an exterior input through the connector JP5 of the
P.S. Card .
In the Timer and photocopy modes, the rate to be applied is changed by using pin 3 :
By bridging pin 3 to the mass, rate 2 is applied .
By not bridging it, rate 1 is applied .
