Configuring the Document Server

Click the 

Mail/Print 

button to access the page where you can:

• Click 

SendMailNow

 to send a scan counter report to the 

specified e-mail destination

• Select a printer from the printer drop-down list and click 

PrintNow

 to print a scan counter report to the selected printer.

• Click 

Close

 to close the dialog box

 to reset the counter

To send a scan counter report, go to 

admin | Support

 and click the 

Scan Counter

 link. The following dialog will appear: 

Do one of the following depending on whether you wish to send the 

report to the specified e-mail destination or to a printer.

SendMailNow

 to send the counter report to the specified 

e-mail destination

• Select a printer from the printer drop-down list and click 

PrintNow
