Turning the system on and entering QuickBoot™

1�  Connect the 5m power cord to the power inlet on the 

bottom of the work surface of the cart�

2�  Secure the cord to the cable strain relief (large)� If you 

are intending to connect the system to your network 
with a network cable, secure the Ethernet cable with 
the smaller strain relief�

3�  Connect the plug to an AC power outlet�

4�  Ensure that the System breaker switch is in the ON 

position at the bottom of the worksurface� This sup-
plies power to the entire system:  QuickBoot

TM

, display, 

codec, network module, and the system console��

5�  Press the system power button ON at the side of the 

console until it illuminates blue� This will boot up the 
codec (approximately 90 seconds), power the camera, 
power the display, and provide power to an optional 
user-integrated PC� 
 

NOTE

If the display does not turn on when the 
system is powered up, ensure that the display 
is powered on by pressing the display’s power 
button�

The power button will initially power on the system, but 
after that, pressing the power button will enable Quick-
Boot

TM

 in contrast to powering the system OFF�

NOTE

As long as the system is plugged into an AC outlet 
and the breaker switch is ON, QuickBoot

TM

 will 

continue to charge and maintain readiness�
