Avaya W310 Command Reference Guide
clear cam
User level: privileged, supervisor.
Deletes all entries in the MAC address table of the switch.
Syntax:
The syntax for this command is:
clear cam
Example:
clear vlan
User level: privileged, supervisor.
Use the
clear vlan
command to delete an existing VLAN and return its ports to the
default VLAN 1. When you clear a VLAN, all ports assigned to that VLAN are assigned to
the default VLAN 1.

clear vlan [<vlan-id>|name <vlan_name>]

To define a name that includes spaces, you must enclose
the entire name in quotation marks, for example “new
york”.
