EXERCISE SUGGESTIONS
Exercised muscles:

back, Hamstring muscles
Board settings:
• Align the handles to the inside, connect 65 cm fitness bands with handles and fix them to the board
Movement essentials:
• Stand shoulder-width apart on the fitness board, bend your knees slightly and holding the straps,
lean forward with your upper body
(like the preparatory posture of swimmers before entering the water)

Stretch your arms, lower your head and face down, place your head in the middle of your arms -
Hold this position and slowly return to the starting position

• Align the handles to the outside, connect 5cm or 65 cm fitness bands with handles and fix them to
the board
Movement essentials:
• Stand on the fitness board with your feet shoulder width apart.

Hold the two handles on either side of your body. The palms are held downward

Arms are simultaneously stretched outward, held in position and positioned back inward in front of
the body
