• Lie sideways on the fitness board

Support yourself on one arm, the other arm bent on your hip

One leg is bent on the other leg to the front, stretch it straight up, hold this position and go back to
the starting position

Now repeat the exercise with the other side

rectus abdominis, large gluteal muscle

•
Align the handles to the outside
Movement essentials:
• Support yourself with your outstretched arms on the fitness board
•
Initially both legs stretched out long to the back
•
During the exercise, pull the bent leg forward towards the upper body, hold this position for a short
time and return to the starting position
•
Perform this movement alternating legs
