EXERCISE SUGGESTIONS
Exercised muscles:

Trapezius muscle, deltoid anterior muscle
Board settings:
• Align the handles to the outside, connect 55 cm fitness band with the handle and fix it to the board
Movement essentials:
• Stand on the fitness board with your feet shoulder-width apart,
• Hold the center of the fitness band with both hands, knees slightly bent.
•
Pull the band with both arms up to the neck/lower jaw, spread the shoulders back, hold this position
and slowly return to the starting position

Exercised muscles:

Biceps, brachioradialis
Board settings:
• Align the handles to the outside, connect 65 cm fitness bands with handles and fix them to the
board
Movement essentials:
• Place your feet shoulder width apart on the fitness board
•
Keep your arms straight on both sides of your body and hold the short handles with both hands.
• Pull the straps upwards towards your body to about ear level - hold this position briefly and slowly
lower back to the starting position
