8.0. TROUBLESHOOTING

On the Voisus client, under the Voisus options, select the “Log...” to view the status of the Voisus
client, specifically the headset status, headset audio and Telestra connection.

There are several RMS Health pages to verify the Voisus software is working properly. Select the
Voisus Networking link to view the networking details.
