4.0. SYSTEM SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION 

The first step toward successful setup and integration of a Synapse system is coordination 
between all Synapse sites to ensure that critical communications parameters are defined. Follow 
the steps in this section to ensure proper configuration. 

All software is pre-installed during factory system integration. Should you need to re-install the 
system software, please refer Appendix A: Cold Start.
