5. If either minimum or maximum charging volts are not within the voltage
range limits then it will display one of the screen as below (Fig.51 & 52) and
it will prompt you to check the charging system for the fault.
6. Just press
key if you need to printout the results.
Testing with electrical load at 2,000 RPM
As more electrical accessories, such as lights, rear demister, heater, car
stereos, etc. were used; the electro-motive force decreases and this will allow
more amperage from the alternator to flow into the battery to compensate for
the added load. This test is to check the alternator’s behavior during loading.
7. Continue from the previous test (either Fig. 50, 51 or 52); proceed to the
next step by pressing key will enter to the display as follows.
