7.0 Continue Testing
When this item is selected, it will allow you to select any one of the four tests
namely: Battery test, Starter Test, Charging Test and Grounding Test:
7.1 Battery Test
Same as the previous battery test operations except that you do not require to key
in any particulars as it will update the results with the current ones.
7.2 Starter Test
1. With engine OFF, place
the vehicle transmission in NEUTRAL for Manual
and PARK for Automatic then apply the parking brake.
2. Connect the analyser to the battery terminals and the display will light up as
shown (Fig 39) below:
3. Select [Starter Test] and press
key will proceed to the next display as
shown in Fig. 41 below.
