Note:
1.
The appliance may emit a little smoke and a characteristic smell when you keep it
turned on for the first time. This is normal and will soon stop. Make sure the
appliance has sufficient ventilation.
2. Clean all the parts before use.
3. Set the bread maker on
BAKE
mode and bake empty for about 10 minutes. Then
let it cool and clean all the detached parts again.

Dry all parts thoroughly and reassemble them. The appliance is now ready for use.
6. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
Reservation Function
The purpose is to ensure you have fresh bread the next morning.
For example, it is now 8:30pm in the evening and you wish to have ready-made bread
in the morning at 7:00am.
1. Compute Reservation Time: It should be 10 hours and 30 minutes, from the
evening 8:30pm to the next morning 7:00am.
2. Set Reservation Time
Press the
“+” and “-” to set the time. After setting the time, press the
"START/STOP/PAUSE" button.
Note: The time displayed on the screen is set to 10 hours and 30 minutes and the
time includes making bread. The bread will be ready the next morning at 7:00am.
3. This function is not applicable for presets 8, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19.
Reservation Function Tips:
1. When using the reservation function, do not include eggs as it will affect the taste
of bread.
2. Cover the yeast under the flour in order to maintain the activity of the yeast.
Memory Function for Temporary Electricity Disruption
This unit holds a reserved 15-minute memory which gets triggered when there is an
electricity disruption. This allows the bread maker to continue working from where it has
stopped when power is back on. Any disruption lasting more than 15 minutes will reset
the bread maker.
