Cake

Note: Cake Flour cannot be replaced with Self Raising Flour.
Steps
1. Place all the wet ingredients in the bread pan first and then add all the dry
ingredients, except raisins.
2. Place the bread pan into the main body of the bread maker and close the lid.
3. Press
“Menu” and select preset “8” “Cake”, then press “Start” to begin the cycle.
4. You may open the lid and use rubber spatula to clean the residual flour around the
pan.
5. When the time on the control panel shows 1:30, add in the raisins without the juice.
6. When the bread maker beeps to indicate the cake is done, carefully lift the lid and
remove the bread pan from the main body. The cake is ready to serve.
