Subassembly Removal and Replacement

Display Assembly (40-50532)

Although they are separate parts, the touch-screen display and the
backlight are replaced together whenever a failure occurs in one.

HANDLING THE DISPLAY ASSEMBLY.

Required Tools:

3 mm hex wrench.
7 mm nut driver.

Preparation:

1. Turn the sterilizer OFF.
2. Remove the front top panel and the top panel.

Removal:

1. Unplug 2 cables: P21 and P29.
2. Loosen the 2 screws that attach the door lock assembly to the

chassis and move the assembly to expose the display bracket nuts.
