3. Inserting batteries
1. Twist the battery cover in the direction of
the arrow.
2. Insert the batteries according to the
markings in the battery compartment.
3. Refit the battery cover by lining up the dot
on dumbbell to the dot on the battery cover.

the arrow.
• Ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly, according to the markings in
the battery compartment.
• Remove the batteries from the product if it is not to be used for
an extended period.
• Change the batteries when the vibration motor becomes weak.
• Make sure the product is turned off before changing the batteries.
4. Operation
This product has three timer settings, three minutes for juveniles and six or
nine minutes for adults.
