The Signal Interface Module (Model 4450A) COM #2 I/O port is wired the same as a PC ("DTE",
Data Terminal Equipment). It is used for the input of NMEA compass data. See Figure 2-10 for
Rear Panel location and Figure 2-12 for wiring.
