When deciding if a lift and stretcher frame/spreader bar is safe to use with the
Maxi Transfer
sheet, always comply
with the lowest SWL of the total system.
For example, the
Maxi Move
lift has a SWL of 227 kg (500 lbs), the stretcher frame has a SWL of 160 kg (352 lbs) and
the MAA7000R
Maxi Transfer
sheet has a SWL of 272 kg (600 lbs). This means the stretcher frame has the lowest
SWL, of maximum 160 kg (352 lbs), in this system.
No other products than the ones stated below are allowed to be used together with the
Maxi Transfer
sheet.

When selecting the
Maxi Transfer
sheet, the support surface should cover the full width and length of the bed mattress
and the side valances must not touch the floor.
WARNING
To avoid injury, the Safe Working Load (SWL) for all products and accessories used must be
higher than the patient weight.
