Cleaning the vehicle
Clean the vehicle as follows:
1. Close exhaust system to prevent the ingress of water.
2. Remove coarse dirt with a soft water spray.
3. Spray a commercial cleaning agent onto heavily soiled parts and clean with clear
water afterwards.
4. Let the vehicle dry after cleaning.
5. After cleaning, drive a short distance until the engine has reached operating tem-
perature.
6. Apply a corrosion inhibitor to bare metal parts (exception: brake discs and
exhaust system).
7. Apply a soft cleaning and care product to all plastic parts.
ATTENTION
Do not use any high-pressure cleaner to clean the vehicle.
ATTENTION
Heavy soiling of the cooler shall be removed by an authorised Arctic Cat
specialist repair shop.
NOTE
Clean the vehicle periodically. In this way, you will retain the value and the
appearance for a long time. Avoid direct sunlight on the vehicle while clean-
ing.
WARNING
Reduced braking effect due to wet brakes.
Brake wet brakes dry carefully.
NOTE
Due to the heat, the water will evaporate even on inaccessible positions of
the engine and the braking system.
