NOTE: Arctic Cat recommends

the use of genuine Arctic Cat lubri-
cants.

The recommended oil to use is an oil

which is rated SJ/CF under API service

classification. These oils meet all of the

lubrication requirements of the Arctic

Cat engine. The recommended engine

oil viscosity is SAE 10W-40. Ambient

temperature should determine the cor-

rect weight of oil. See the viscosity

chart or an authorized Arctic Cat ATV

dealer for details.

Filling Fuel Tank

Since diesel fuel expands as its temper-

ature increases, the fuel tank must be

filled to its rated capacity only. Expan-

sion room must be maintained in the

tank particularly if the tank is filled

with cold diesel fuel and then moved to

a warm area.
