Checking the ease of motion of the seeding shaft
Purpose
Each time the seeding shaft is installed or replaced, it must be checked for ease of
motion. This check is performed by a hearing test.
Requirements
The following requirement must be fulfilled for this work step:

Switch on the seed drill.

Perform the hearing test.

If the sound of the running seeding shaft is noticeably loud or irregular,

Setting the brush pressure
Purpose
The brush pressure on the seeding shaft is regulated using the brush adjustment
lever.
