4.3.10 System Setup-Software Update
You can apply new firmware upgrades from the manufacturer for your AnyHD
Recorder. For these procedures, you will need:
USB storage device with FAT/FAT32 file system.
HDTV
AnyHD Recorder
Latest upgrade firmware (.ahx file) distributed by the manufacturer or
distributor.
1. Copy the new firmware (xxxxx.ahx) to the USB drive.
2. Plug the USB drive into the AnyHD Recorder
3. Connect the AnyHD Recorder to your HDTV (using HDMI or YPbPr
cables).
4. Power on AnyHD Recorder
5. Press the
button on the remote controller. On the Main Menu, select
the “System Setup” menu item and press the
button.
6. In the System Setup menu, select the “Software Update” item and press
the
button.
