source from the video source. For example, you could choose RCA Stereo
RCA audio or Microphone voice as the audio source when the video
source is HDMI. To invoke the mixer function, you should change the
mode from Auto to Manual in advance.
Video Encoding: This is to set the video encoding method. VBR produces
a better quality-to-space ratio compared to a CBR file of the same data.
AV Resync before recording: This is to force av re-sync before instant
recording launches.
HDMI detection mode: There are three mode of HDMI detection. You can
change the mode If the video signal is connected/disconnect frequently or
the audio noise occurs.
Loop Recording: This option, when set to OFF, instructs the system to stop
automatically when there is available storage space for recording. When
set to ON, the system will begin deleting the oldest recorded files
automatically to maintain a minimum of free storage space (10 minutes of
space). However, it will not delete any protected files. If all the recorded
files are protected, the system will stop recording when there is no free
storage; a popup message will display in this case. Default is OFF.
Continuous Recording Time: The one-button recording time could be
changed through this setting. The minimal recording time is 30 minutes
and the maximum time is 14,400 minutes (10 days.)
Auto Wake up: If enabled, the system will be waked up by active video
from the selected input source. Default is OFF.
4.3.8 System Setup-Output Audio/Video Setup
In the Output Audio/Video Setup menu, you can modify the default settings for
video display, scaling method, resolution, TV system, contrast, brightness,
saturation and bypass mode.
