2. Replace the blind cover with the gas connector.
Do not forget to place the O-rings.

3. Connect the gas hose leading from the sample
holder to the gas connector (OD 4 mm; black;
shorten the hose to an appropriate lengths; 5 in
Fig. 57)
4. Connect the gas hose from the gas line to the
gas connector (OD 6 mm; black)
Both hoses are delivered with the transmission or
capillary sample holder.
For uninstalling the connection heater repeat the
above mentioned points in reverse order.
Do not forget to place the O-rings.

Mounting the Electrode Connector
and the Connector Box
For the use of the battery sample holder, it is neces-
sary to mount the electrode connector and the con-
nector box to TTK 600 in order to be able to put an
electrical load on the battery materials under inves-
tigation.
For the installation of these parts, proceed as fol-
lows:
1. Dismount the blind cover on the right side of the
housing (unscrew the two screws).

2. Replace the blind cover with the electrode con-
nector. Do not forget to place the O-rings.

NOTICE
A separate flow controller has to be mounted in
this gas line in order to be able to adjust the gas
flow accordingly. This item is not delivered by
Anton Paar GmbH. It is recommended to use a
flow controller that allows to adjust the flow
between 0.5 and 3 L/min.
