The direct heated boiling pan, referred to from now
on as the appliance, is designed and constructed
for preparing and cooking in water pasta and other
foods in the professional catering sector.
The appliance is produced in several versions to
meet varying user requirements (see diagram).
Main Parts
A)Pan lid
B)Fume exhaust vent (Type A): for removal of
the fumes generated by the burner
C)Fume exhaust vent (type B11): removes the
fumes and conveys them to a flue fitted with an ex-
traction system serving the gas system.
D)Fume exhaust vent (type B11): removes the fumes
and conveys them to a flue with natural draft and with
draught damper device.
E)Hot water tap: for regulating the water flow
F) Cold water tap: for regulating the water flow
G)Ignition button: switches the burner on
H)Burner control knob: controls the supply of gas to
the burner
L) Adjustable water spout: directs the flow of water
M)Drain tap: drains the water from the pan.
N)Door: for accessing the inside of the appliance
