Via the admission (6 in Fig. 3-1) of the sample tray (5 in Fig. 3-1) in the front
door (4 in Fig. 3-1), all necessary pre-filled strips (containing all buffer
solutions), the tips, the Elution Tubes and the samples are placed to the right
position inside the device. The sample tray is moved inside the InnuPure C12,
by what the tips and the solutions can be taken up in the right order. Thereby
the sequence and volumes of the single pre-filled buffers and the sample are
depending on the isolation protocol, which is installed on the InnuPure C12.
