3. Press the clamps of the Strip Holder together, flap it down so that the ends
of the Reagent Strips are covered and release the clamps.
The Strip Holders are locked correctly if the pins at the ends of the Strip
Holders are latched in the holes of the Sample Tray and the red dot next to
the clamps are covered again.

4. Place the MFR filter tips and the Elution Tubes into the Sample Tray
Note
:
The correct order of the Reagent Strips, MFR filter tips, Elution Tubes is
depending on the application (please refer to the description in the user
manual of the kit).
5.5 Position of the sample tray
The pre-loaded sample tray (
"Preparation of the sample tray" p. 17) has to be
pushed to the device, so that the Elution Tubes are in the front of the device.
The tray has to be moved into the InnuPure C12 until perceiving a slight
resistance.
On pressing against this resistance, the tray will be drawn in. On completion of
an extraction routine, the sample tray with the consumables automatically
moves out again.
The initialization (
"Initialization" p. 23") and movement of the sample tray to
the correct position inside the device is done automatically by the InnuPure
C12.
