7.1 Preparing and starting an isolation routine
Attention!
After switching on the InnuPure C12 is initialized automatically.
Wait until a beep is audible, before starting any isolation protocol!
1. In case of an external lysis step, start the nucleic acid isolation with the
sample preparation as mentioned inside the used InnuPure C12 purification
kit.
2. Move the sample tray out of the device as described in chapter "Remove
sample tray" on page 25.
3. Prepare the sample tray according to the user manual of the used isolation
kit or as described during the section "Preparation of the sample tray" on
page 17.
4. Put the sample tray to the InnuPure C12 until perceiving a slight resistance.
On pressing against this resistance, the tray will be drawn in automatically.
5. Choose and start the isolation protocol (
→
routine" p. 26), which is mentioned inside the used kit manual.
6. After the extraction process is finished, the sample tray is moved out
automatically.
7. Press against the sample tray and the noticeable resistance to activate the
soft touch.
8. Remove the sample tray from the device and put it into the priming station.
Close the lids of the elution tubes, which contain the purified nucleic acids
and store it under adequate conditions.
