Changing the Master Username and Password
Changing the Current Master Username
1.
From the
NetLinx
page, press the
Username
field to open the
NetLinx
window.
2.
Press the
Username
field to open the
NetLinx
keyboard.
3.
Enter the new username in the keyboard field and press the two downward-pointing arrows to close the keyboard.
4.
When finished, click
OK
to close the
NetLinx
window and return to the
NetLinx
page.
Changing the Master Password
1.
From the
NetLinx
page, press the
Password
field to open the
NetLinx
window.
2.
Press the
Password
field to open the
NetLinx
keyboard.
3.
Enter the new password in the keyboard field and press the two downward-pointing arrows to close the keyboard.
4.
When finished, click
OK
to close the
NetLinx
window and return to the
NetLinx
page.
Changing the Device Number and Device Name
1.
From the
NetLinx
page, press the
Device Number
field to open the
NetLinx
window.
2.
Press the
Device Number
field to open an on-screen keypad.
3.
Enter the panel’s new Device Number.
4.
Press
Next
, to select
Device Name
in the NetLinx page.
5.
Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the panel’s new
Device Name
.
6.
Press
Done
to close the on-screen keypad and keyboard.
7.
Press
OK
to save changes and close the NetLinx window and return to the
NetLinx
page.
