Besides cellular data connection, you may 

also like to monitor data usage of cellular 

WAN, sending text message through SMS, 

changing PIN code of SIM card, 

communicating with carrier/ISP by USSD 

command, or doing a cellular network scan 

for diagnostic purpose. 

In Cellular Toolkit section, it includes several 

useful features that are related to cellular 

configuration or application.  You can 

configure settings of Data Usage, SMS, SIM
