Warranty Policy
Amico Clinical Solutions Corp. warrants its materials and workmanship to be free from defects for a period of twelve (12) months
from the date of first clinical use. Within this period Amico Clinical Solutions Corp. will, at its own cost, repair and/or replace any
part on site or at the factory which has proven to be defective.
Amico Clinical Solutions Corp. will warrant its material to be free from defect for an additional period of four (4) years (five [5]
years from the date of installation). Within this period Amico Clinical Solutions Corp. will replace any part which is deemed
defective, at no additional charge. Consumable items such as sterilizable handles and disposable handle covers are excluded
from the five (5) year warranty. Shipping and installation costs after the first twelve (12) months will be borne by the customer.
Amico Clinical Solutions Corp. will warrant its iCE Series LED Lightheads, Monitor Lighthead Yokes, and Pendant Arms to be free
from defect for a period of five (5) years from the date of first clinical use. Within this period, Amico Clinical Solutions Corp. will
replace any part which is deemed defective at no additional charge. Shipping and installation costs after the first twelve (12)
months will be borne by the customer.
Amico Clinical Solutions Corp. will warrant the Suspension Systems for a period of one (1) year for parts and labor.
This warranty is valid when the product has been properly installed as outlined in the Amico Clinical Solutions Corp.
specifications. The validity of this warranty also depends on proper usage and servicing of our products according to factory
recommendations. It does not cover damages as a result of shipment failures, accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling,
alteration, misapplication or damages which may be attributed to acts of God.
Amico Clinical Solutions Corp. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the equipment.
All claims for warranty must first be approved by Amico Clinical Solutions Corp.’s Service Department at [email protected]
or 1.877.462.6426. A valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from Amico Clinical Solutions Corp. prior
to commencement of any service work. Warranty work which has not been pre-authorized by Amico Clinical Solutions Corp. will
not be reimbursed.
