Appendix B - Connecting the RS232 Programming Cable to the Motor Controller Board

In order to gain access to the motor controller board, the barrier, clamps, and tower covers

need to be removed. Refer to the installation section of this manual for more information.

1.  Remove barrier, clamps, and tower covers to access the motor controller board.
2.  Locate the motor controller board [Figure B1].
3.  Connect the RS232 programming cable wire harness to the J16 terminal block [Figure B1].
4.  Reinstall the covers, clamps, and barrier.
5.  Repeat steps 1- 4 with the other barrier on SW1000T tandem units.
