Adding a Board

Note:

When adding boards, work your way up from the bottom slot position (this is
position 1) to the top.

1. In MaxAdmin, go to

System > Softswitch Component Management

2. Select MAX4000 and click the

Board

button. The Attach/Detach Boards dialog box

opens.

3. Select the next open slot (in the example above, it would be slot 2). The

Attach

button becomes available.

4. Click

Attach
