TROUBLESHOOTING

WARNING:

Only Allen Medical-authorized persons should service the Table. Service 
by unauthorized persons could cause patient fall, injury, or equipment 
damage. 

If the troubleshooting information below does not fix the problem,

Make sure of these:

The brakes are locked.

The columns are at the same height.

The Table and the installed support top are level “Level the Table and 
the Support Top” on page 41.

The Table is free of objects that could interfere with the adjustment.

If all of the conditions above are met, and the Table still will not go into the

indicators are no longer flashing.

A “beep” from the Table lets you know that the battery charge level is low 
or depleted. Plug the Table into an applicable power outlet to charge the 
batteries. To keep the batteries charged, plug the Table into an outlet 
nightly and when you store the Table.
