2.3.6
Vibrations
The machine is equipped with three vibration-absorbing wheels which will not transmit any vibrations
which could compromise stability. The machine, being powered by an electric motor, emits vibration
levels inferior to 2.5 m/sec2.
Any anomalous vibrations may cause mechanical problems (such as flange and belt loosening, etc.). If
such phenomena persist, consult the Manufacturer or your local reseller’s assistance centre, indicated
in the first pages of the manual.
2.3.7
Noise
The machine is designed and built in such a way so as to reduce noise levels at their source. The
noise levels indicated are emission levels and do not necessarily represent safe operative levels.
Although there is a relationship between emission levels and exposure levels, this relationship cannot
be utilized in a reliable manner in order to establish whether ulterior precautions are necessary. The
factors which determine the exposure levels to which the operator is exposed are the duration of
exposure, the characteristics of the workplace and other noise sources (number of machines, adjacent
processes, etc.). Moreover, the maximum allowed exposure levels can vary from country to country. In
any case, the information provided will allow the machine’s user better evaluate any eventual danger
or risks.
ATTENTION Changing the typology of the product being worked with and changing the
operating conditions will also change the noise levels.
Any eventual anomalous noises can cause mechanical problems (such as belt or chain loosening,
etc.). Perform any necessary maintenance operations as described in the instructions (see chapter 7
“Maintenance”). If such phenomena persist, consult the Manufacturer or your local reseller’s
assistance centre, indicated in the first pages of the manual.
