TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Our customer assistance is at the Customer’s disposal for:
-
clarifications and information;
-
requesting specialized technical personnel for interventions on site, at the customer’s facilities;
-
requesting spare parts.
Requests for special maintenance can be faxed either directly to the Manufacturer or to a qualified
assistance centre.
ATTENTION remember that:
-
The Customer is obliged to purchase exclusively original spare parts or else those
which have been expressly authorized in writing by the Manufacturer;
-
The installation and removal of spare parts must be performed by qualified
technicians and carried out in accordance with the Manufacturer’s instructions;
-
The use of non-original spare parts and/or incorrect installation of spare parts shall
exonerate the Manufacturer from any responsibility.

WARRANTY
ALITRAK guarantees that the machine referred to in the present manual has been designed and
manufactured in accordance with the current standards, particularly with those regarding operator
health and safety; the machine has been inspected and approved (see attached certificate).
The product is guaranteed for 12 months; electrical parts are excluded from the guarantee.
Consumption materials are also excluded from the guarantee.
The purchaser is exclusively entitled to the substitution of any defective parts. Any transport costs
shall be at the Purchaser’s expense.
Any damage deriving from the poor operation of the machine, from failure to observe the maintenance
standards as well as from incorrect manoeuvring on behalf of the operator shall be excluded from the
guarantee.
Any tampering with the machine, especially with the safety devices, shall nullify the GUARANTEE and
exonerate the Manufacturer from any responsibility.
No refunds shall be granted for reasons of lack of machine use.
