Checking/replacing the spark plug (see fig. U1, U2)

Warning: Do not touch the spark plug or the spark plug 

cap when the engine runs. High voltage!

Risk of burning on the hot engine. Wear protective gloves.

1)  Pull the spark plug cover (27) from the spark plug (26).

2)  Remove the spark plug using the socket wrench (39). 

3)  Check the spark plug. The spark gap must be 0.6 to 0.7 mm. 

4)  Check the spark plug if it is dirty. Be careful to maintain its clean 

during use.

5)  Replace the spark plug if necessary. Install the spark plug using the 

supplied socket wrench (39).

Replace the spark plug

-  once a month if the device is often used,

-  when the insulating body is damaged,

-  when the electrodes show excessive erosion,

-  when the electrodes show excessive dirt or oil.

Cleaning the water inlet filter (43)

Clean the water inlet filter (43) after each use. Remove the water inlet 

hose (42) and take off the filter (43). Clean off any residues and wash 

the filter (43) with clean water. 

NOTE:

Ensure to also clean the filter behind the water inlet of pump 

fitting (24) per above instructions.

 

Pump maintenance 

You should routinely make a visual inspection of the pressure washer’s 

pump. If you notice oil leaking around the pump seals, you should take 

the pressure washer to an authorized Service Center for repair.
