Returns the state of the parameters defined by OPT

a : Returns choice of parameters on the analog output:
a = 0 : real pump speed
a = 1 : pump current
a = 2 : temperature of pump body
a = 3 : temperature of internal electronics
u : Returns the choice of temperature unit:
u = 0 : degrees Centigrade
u = 1 : degrees Fahrenheit
