8.15 - CLEANING OF THE EXCHANGERS
LIMESTONE
Cleaning in 2 stages:

Wash the exchangers

Limestone deposits of discharge in the Domestic Hot
Water tank
EXCHANGERS CLEANING.
The desincrustation treatments must be carried out by
qualified personnel.
Material needed:

Pump for desincrustation

Liquid recovery tank

The desincrustation liquid

Liquid for neutralization
1. Close the aqueduct tap (

3. Remove pump (

4. Remove the drain plug from the shut-off valve (

5. Connect pipes

6. Follow the instructions for the equipment and the liquids
used
7. Perform clearing (

8. Perform the neutralization with liquid
9. Run repeated washing with water
10. Disconnect desincrustation pump (
