8.10 - DRAINING TAPS
1. Prior to starting the emptying, position the systems
general switch in the 'off' position
2. Check that the system charging/reintegration tap is
closed.
3. Screw the connecting nozzle joint to the discharge
attachment.
4. Connect a conduit to the connecting nozzle and place in
an area suitable for discharge.
5. Open the unit and system draining taps and all of the
bleeding valves.
Any anti-freeze liquid contained in the system should not be
discharged freely as it is a pollutant.
It must be collected and reused.

8 - MAINTENANCE
8.11 - SAFETY VALVES
The safety valves must be checked periodically.
The near entirety of the leaks is caused by impurities
deposited inside the valve.
To carry out a wash:
1 - manually open the valve
2 - rotate the knob in the sense indicated by the arrow in the
knob.

Check the expansion vessel charge (at least once a year).
First check that the expansion vessel is totally drained of
water.
If you necessary load with nitrogen, take care that the
pressure does not exceed the value indicated on the label.
