perform the tightness test
Mode 1:
open cock

, pressurize the circuit up to 45
bar (see the label) and wait few hours.
Mode 2:

, pressurize the circuit up to 65
bar (as according to UNI-EN 378-2 2009:PS x 1,43 law)
spray using a leak detector spray cocks and pipes and
check if bubbles are present (gas leaks)
if everything is OK, proceed
discharge the nitrogen from the unit

to the vacuum pump

start the vacuum pump
in optimal conditions, 15-60 minutes are required to create
the vacuum. In the event of high moisture content in the
piping or the temperature is < 20 °C, a few hours may be
required
reach the lowest value (approximately 1 mbar = 100 Pa.)
close cock

turn off the pump
overlap the red pointer of the vacuum gauge to the black
one
check the vacuum gauge to ensure that the pressure does
not rise, for a few minutes
if it rises, repeat the procedure
if everything is OK, proceed
