5.1.3. Map View
If user deploy their device outdoor, Google Map View is very useful. To get the Google map
the PoE switch must be have an internet connection. So , please make sure the switch’s IP
address, subnet mask and Gateway setting is correct.
On Google map ,please move the map to your location and zoom in to a preferred view. To
Move on the screen, click and hold down your left mouse button to move to a preferred
direction. User also can key in the address in search box. Click the device you want to show
in the map and drag to the preferred location. Please remember to click the Save to save
running configuration to startup-config.
If you forget your device’s location. You can click the device list and the map will move
to the device’s location. Moreover, you can check the streaming or information by click the
cameras icon.
