PDZ-128-160-200 OI-vers. 3.2 gb. 03.07.2018

 CAUTION

It is the responsibility of the system manufacturer that persons
perform their work properly when setting up a gantry axis in an
open system so that an uncontrolled start-up of the axis is
prevented.

NOTE

It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure the safety of the control
system which controls the gantry axis.

2.3.1 Noise Emission

NOTE

The  gantry  axis  generates  78  dB(A)  during  full-load  operation.
Depending on the attachments, the environment and the resonance
of  the  safety  fence,  these  values  may  be  exceeded  and  result  in  a
disturbing higher noise level.

 CAUTION

It is the responsibility of the system manufacturer to ensure that
the permitted noise limit values are complied with or specifies
that the operator must wear hearing protection.

Safety fence at the assembly system

NOTE

If a gantry axis is installed in an assembly system, the system must
be provided with a safety fence as acceleration values up to 3g can
occur when the gantry axis is in full Installation. Persons could thus
be injured by parts flying away.
