4. Place the control horns over the predrilled
mounting holes.
Note:
Control horns have been set at a slight
offset to allow for maximum torque at full
deflection
5. Use a drop of thick CA glue on each screw to
prevent screws from loosening due to vibration
as shown.
6. Mount the control horn using six wood screws.
Note:
CA glues have a fast drying time.
Remember to work quickly.
7. Use the supplied adjustment wrench to adjust the
pushrod as shown below.
8. Use the opposite end of the adjustment wrench
to tighten the pushrod jam nuts against the ball
links. This will prevent the pushrod from turning
in flight. Repeat steps for other stab/elevator
assembly.
