In relation to the horizontal inclination, the product must
have a misalignment angle of less than ±7.5° (see figure to
the side)
Inclination on the vertical axis does not affect the
measurement of the product diameter.
The following indications show the meaning of the
indications on the display with respect to the relative
positioning between HWS.1 and the product to be
measured.
For measurement to be possible, the product must be
within all three required centering and alignment
parameters.
1. Horizontal centering of the product
The display indicates the horizontal centering status of the product with a horizontal bar with different colors.
This horizontal bar moves vertically on the display in relation to the horizontal position of the product:
•
if the product moves outside the measurement field, the bar moves upwards
•
if the product moves inside the measurement field, the bar moves downwards
The color of the bar indicates whether the product is inside or outside the measurement field:
•
green = inside the field
•
yellow = at the edge of the field
•
red = outside the field
