User Guide
Questionmark Perception
This option ensures the project is compatible with Questionmark Perception. Adobe
Captivate automatically generates a QML file so you can quickly import Adobe Captivate simulations into
Perception.
This option automatically sends scoring results to a specified e-mail address. Type a complete e-mail
address directly into the text box (for example, [email protected]).

Body text
Send results in the body of the e-mail message.

Attachment
Send results as an attachment along with the message. This option works only with Internet
Explorer.
Report pass or fail
Select an option to determine if users receive results as Complete Incomplete, Pass/Fail or
status as defined by report data.
Advanced
Click Settings to set LMS Customization Settings.
•
Never send Resume Data
User’s activity in the quiz is not reported to the LMS. This means that details like
session bookmark, progress, and question attempted are not sent to the LMS.

Escape Version and Session ID
Converts the version and session ID to its URL encoded values.
•
Don’t escape characters
supports the Escape version and session ID option. Type the characters, which should
not be included in the escape version and session ID.
Choose Report Data
Select an option to determine which test result data will be reported to the test adminis-
trator.
Report score to LMS as
Specifies whether users receive results as a score (for example, 8 out of 10) or a
percentage (for example, 80% correct).
Reporting level
Determines whether the score or score and interaction information are reported to the LMS.
When you select Report interactions and score, every interaction is reported to the LMS, such as the question
type, which option the user selected, and so on.

Note:
To enable Adobe Connect Enterprise tracking for a project that contains only interactive objects included in the
quiz, ensure that the result slide is added to the project.
Creating a random question slide
Random question slides display questions that are randomly selected from a question pool to which they are
linked. These slides help avoid quiz predictability. Random question slides do not have a timeline of their own but
use the the timing of the question slide that they pick during runtime.
