Creating eLearning content
Note: Interactive details like Interaction ID, Objective ID, Interaction type are not sent to the LMS if this option is not
selected. However, details of the quiz like the total score, result, quiz state are still sent to the LMS.
Objective ID
If the quiz question is related to an objective set in your LMS, enter the objective ID.
Interaction ID
If you want the Adobe Captivate project (SWF file) to send tracking information to your LMS,
enter the Interaction ID specified by your LMS.
Time limit
Set a limit for the time users have to answer the question. In the box, type the limit as
hours:minutes:seconds.

When you finish, click OK.
The new True/False question slide appears in the designated location in the project. If you need to make any
changes, click Edit Question (in the upper-left corner of the slide).
Creating a new fill in the blank question slide
Select this option to create a question that users must answer by selecting from different text options to fill in a
blank space within a sentence.
To create a fill in the blank question slide:

Open an Adobe Captivate project.

Select the slide after which you want to insert a question slide. For example, if you want the new question slide
to be slide 7 in the project, click slide 6.

Select Quiz > Question Slide.
The Question Types dialog box appears.

Select Fill-in-the-blank and then click either Create Graded Question or Create Survey Question. (You can
change your choice on the Options tab if necessary.)

Accept the default Name and Description of the question, or type new text directly into the text boxes. The
name and description appear on the slide in the project.
Tip:If you are creating many of the same types of questions in a single project, enter unique names for each so that
they can be distinguished from one another easily.
6 Enter a number or use the arrows to give the question a point value. Maximum is 100 points, minimum is 0.
7 Select Shuffle List Answers to modify the sequence in which the answers appear on the slide every time a user
takes the quiz.
