User Guide
Action
Click the desired action or destination to follow the user’s last attempt. You can choose from the
following options:

Continue
Project continues playing.
•
Go to previous slide
Project returns to the previous slide.
•
Go to next slide
Project proceeds to the next slide.
•
Jump to slide
Another box appears where you specify a destination slide in the project.
•
Open URL or file
The project jumps to a specific URL on the Internet or to a local file. Click the browse (...)
button to choose any local file. Click the down arrow to select the window in which the URL should appear; select
Current or New. Choose Current if you want the URL you indicate to open in the same browser window (replacing
your presentation). Choose New if you want the URL to open in a new browser window.

Open other project
The project begins playing a different project. Click the down arrow to select the window
in which the project should appear. Choose Current or New. Choose Current if you want the new project to
replace the current project. Choose New if you want the new project to open in a new window.

Send e-mail to
Opens the default mail browser.
•
Execute JavaScript
Runs a specific piece of JavaScript code. Click browse (...) and copy the JavaScript code
in the JavaScript window.

Complete the If wrong answer area. The following are the options:
Allow User [#] Attempts
Use the arrows to select the number of times the user can attempt the question before
the action you select from the Action pop-up menu occurs.
Infinite Attempts
The user can attempt the question any number of times.
Failure Levels
Specify the number of attempts for which the incorrect message is displayed. For example, if the
level is set to two, the error message is displayed for the first two attempts.
Action pop-up menu
The options are the same as for the If correct answer area.
Show Retry Message
Display a message when the user supplies an incorrect answer but there are remaining
attempts available (for example, “Please try again.”). This option is disabled if failure levels have been set.
Show Incomplete Message
Display a message when the user doesn’t supply an answer (for example, “Please
select an answer before continuing.”).
